These Terms govern your use of this Site and form the agreement between You and Us. By accessing or using the Site, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not continue to use the Site.
Your use of the Site is also conditioned on Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle information you share with us.

Submitting a booking enquiry through this Site does not, by itself, guarantee a confirmed appointment. Bookings are confirmed directly by our team, subject to priest and date availability.
When using this Site, You agree not to:
Fees for booking a pooja โ payable via UPI, bank transfer, or online payment through our payment partner Razorpay โ cover the priest's time, travel and ritual materials (samagri). A minimum dakshina of โน5,000 applies per pooja. This dakshina is, in turn, contributed by Us toward the charitable and social welfare activities of the Foundation. See our Refund Policy for how we handle payment errors and cancellation requests.
Since a pooja involves a service performed in return for the fee, such payments are treated as service fees with a charitable dakshina component, rather than as unconditional donations. Please see our Disclaimer regarding tax-deduction eligibility.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Us, including our payment partner Razorpay and the Foundation's own website. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise You to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site You visit.
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this Site โ including text, graphics and images โ is Our property or used under permission/public domain, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without Our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
