This Refund Policy explains how Divya Shakti Poojas handles pooja booking fees, dakshina and cancellations made through this Site.

Pooja Booking Fees & Dakshina

The minimum ₹5,000 dakshina paid when booking a pooja covers the priest's time, travel and ritual materials (samagri), and is, in turn, contributed by Us toward the charitable activities of Namaskar with Love Foundation. As with most service fees and charitable contributions, amounts paid are generally non-refundable once the pooja has been performed, or once samagri procurement and travel arrangements have begun.

That said, if you believe a payment was made in error — for example, a duplicate transaction, an incorrect amount, or a payment made by mistake — please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at ceo@quantumworld.in with your transaction reference (for online payments, your Razorpay payment ID), and we will review the matter in good faith and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Refunds for online payments made via Razorpay are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay's own systems; refunds for UPI or bank transfers are processed via bank transfer to the account the funds were originally sent from.

Cancellations Before the Pooja Date

As a general starting point, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pooja may be eligible for a refund of the dakshina, less any samagri or payment-processing costs already incurred;
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pooja, or after Santosh or a co-priest has begun travel or samagri procurement, may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion;
• If a pooja is cancelled or needs to be rescheduled by us (for example, due to priest unavailability), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to a mutually convenient date at no extra cost.

Voluntary Donations to Namaskar with Love Foundation

If you choose to make an additional, voluntary donation to Namaskar with Love Foundation beyond your pooja dakshina, such donations are generally non-refundable once processed, as they are directed toward the Foundation's ongoing charitable programs. Please contact us within 7 days if you believe such a donation was made in error.

How Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved, we will process it using the same payment method you originally used, within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days of approval.
